Broccoli Carrot Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bunch broccoli
    1 Tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped, or 1/4 tsp. ground
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Peel stems off broccoli.
    Cut off 1 1/2-inch flowerets. Thinly slice stems.
    In wok or large skillet, heat oil.
    Add broccoli, carrots and ginger.
    Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add water and soy sauce.
    Cover and cook 2 minutes.
    Serves 6.
