Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 c. undiluted Carnation milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    9 c. (10 medium) cooked potato cubes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    6 sliced hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Mix the mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and mustard in a large mixing bowl.
    Add potatoes, seasonings, onion, celery and 4 eggs. Toss lightly until well mixed.
    Spoon the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with remaining eggs.
    Chill in refrigerator until serving time.
    Makes 12 servings.
