Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
3 c. water
4 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Shape ground beef into balls.
Cook over medium heat until brown all over.
Remove from pan.
Drain all but 5 tablespoons of grease from pan.
Add flour.
Stir until it is dark brown.
Add water, stirring it in slowly until desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper, then add meatballs to gravy and let simmer a few minutes.
