Summer Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pounds hamburger meat
2 teaspoons tender quick salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup water
2 tablespoons liquid smoke
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper corn
Preparation

Mix all together in bowl and roll into logs.
Cook at 250 for 2 hours.
