Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. ketchup
1 c. water
Preparation

Have steak cut 1 1/2-inch thick.
Pound flour into both sides of steak.
Heat fat in a frying pan.
Add and brown meat and onions in hot fat.
Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Add rest of ingredients, cover and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours until very tender.
Turn frequently to allow even cooking.
