Mother'S Sunshine Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. milk
    2 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil and milk in large bowl.
    Add sifted dry ingredients.
    Blend in rest of ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 2 well greased loaf pans for 60 minutes; 4 (1 pound) vegetable or fruit cans for 45 to 50 minutes or 24 muffins for 20 minutes.
