Apricot Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. Ann Paige apricot jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 large bananas, sliced
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water. Set until jells in refrigerator. Drain can of pineapple and save juice. Add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas to jello. Place in 8 x 10 glass or sheet cake pan. In saucepan combine 1/2 cup pineapple juice, butter, egg, flour and sugar. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add cream cheese to warm mixture and stir until dissolved. Prepare Dream Whip as directed on box and add to cooled topping. Spread topping over jello mixture and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Serves 12 to 16.
