Aunt Jenny'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen Oriental vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
    2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Mix soup and mayonnaise together.
    Layer in a casserole dish the chicken, water chestnuts and soup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about an hour or until middle bubbles.
    Sprinkle top with onion rings and cook 5 minutes more.
