Mexi-Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    3/4 c. salsa
    1 small onion, diced
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    8 soft flour tortillas
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in skillet; drain grease.
    Stir in salsa and let simmer.
    Melt cheeses together.
    Microwave the tortillas 2 minutes.
    Fill tortillas with meat; pour cheese on meat.
    Heat Mexi-melts in microwave for 1 minute just before serving.
    Dip in salsa, sour cream, etc.
