Holiday Cranberry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 chicken thighs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 c. water
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 (16 oz.) cans whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Melt margarine in heavy skillet.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat chicken pieces and brown in margarine.
Remove chicken.
Combine remaining ingredients, except cranberry sauce, in skillet with drippings.
Heat on low for 5 minutes.
Place chicken in a large casserole dish.
Pour liquid mixture over and around chicken.
Add cranberry sauce on top.
Cover.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
