All Bran Brown Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together the All-Bran, sour milk and raisins and let sit a few minutes.
Sift together the sugar, flour and baking soda.
Add molasses and the flour mixture to the All-Bran mixture.
Fill greased and floured coffee can about 2/3 full and steam for three hours.
Place can on rack in large pan.
Fill with water halfway up can.
Cover and start timing when water boils.
