Cracker-N-Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium red pepper, cut in strips
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    32 soda crackers
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir red pepper, onion, zucchini and oregano in margarine until tender.
    In lightly greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer half each of the crackers, vegetables and cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
