Chicken Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 chicken legs
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 (16 oz.) cans mixed vegetables
    2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
Preparation
    Take skin off chicken legs.
    Boil in 6 cups of water until done.
    Take chicken off the bone; discard the bones.
    Pour vegetables in pot with chicken.
    Pour tomatoes in pot.
    Season to taste.
    Add parsley.
    Boil slowly for twenty minutes.
    Enjoy with saltines or your favorite sandwich.
    Serves 12.
