Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 qt. prepopped corn
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in brown sugar, syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Then boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat; stir in soda.
    Pour over popped corn, mixing well.
    Bake in a roaster for 1 hour at 225\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
