Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. roasted nuts, broken
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add oil, sugar, nuts, zucchini and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
