Acorn Squash A La Stacey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 acorn squash, cut in half
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. of your favorite maple syrup
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Scoop pulp and seeds out of the squash halves.
    Place in deep baking dish, hallow side up.
    Put 1 tablespoon butter in each half.
    Fill hollow with syrup, covering cut surface of squash. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
