Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in large bowl with wooden spoon. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour in pan.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
