Pig In The Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. wieners
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg, beaten
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast softened in lukewarm water.
    Add egg.
    Gradually stir in flour.
    Turn out on floured board and knead until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl and cover with cloth.
    Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down, break off pieces of dough, flatten out to roll around wieners.
    Place in greased oblong pan.
    Cover and let rise again. Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
