Lucille'S Pecan Pie(4 Small Or 3 Large Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 heaping cooking spoonfuls Crisco
    ice water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Cut Crisco in well.
    Add just enough ice water to make dough hold together when stirred with a fork.
    Roll out on waxed paper and transfer into a Pyrex pie plate.
