Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 30 minutes
    1 c. diced onion
    1 lb. carton sour cream
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted oleo
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan (ungreased).
    Spread crushed potato chips on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
