Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. round roast
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1 bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    salt and pepper
    green pepper, cut long
Preparation
    Cook 3 hours at 325\u00b0, except green pepper.
    Add 1 1/2 to 3 cups water after removing roast from liquids.
    Put in green pepper (sliced).
    Slice roast and put in liquid.
    Serve on hard rolls.
