Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    instant mashed potato puffs (enough for 4 servings)
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Prepare potato as on package; let it cool.
    Combine cheese, crumbs, egg, parsley, onion and salt with potato; heat the oil in a skillet.
    Form small round patties of potato mixture.
    Fry in skillet on both sides, 4 minutes.
