Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. veal, pounded thin
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. diet margarine
1 tsp. garlic, minced
Preparation

Season veal with black pepper and garlic.
Rub cheese on both sides of cutlets.
Melt margarine in a Teflon frying pan; saute veal for about 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
