Tomato Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe tomatoes, peeled, juiced and chopped (or canned tomatoes)
1 qt. chopped onions
6 or 8 large bell peppers
2 or 3 c. apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. celery seed
3 c. sugar
hot cayenne or jalapenos to taste
Preparation

Cook slowly until onions, tomatoes and peppers are done.
Stir often and put in jars and seal.
