Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Melt cheese; add raw sausage and Bisquick mix.
    Mix well. Make small balls, put on greased cookie sheet and flatten a little.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
