Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    1/4 c. fresh parsley or 1/8 c. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. mayo (I use fat-free mayo)
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
