Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. mushrooms
    1 jar sweet cauliflower
    1 jar mild pepper rings
    1 pt. salad olives
    1 can black olives (pitted)
    1 large bottle Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Trim ends of mushrooms and wash quickly.
    Cut mushrooms in half.
    Place in pan, bring to a boil and blanch for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Drain and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Add dressing and stir often, marinating overnight in refrigerator.
    Stir before serving.
