Zucchini Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. soft oleo
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 c. zucchini, shredded

Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar together.
Add flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, cocoa and eggs.
Mix together good, then add vanilla, milk and zucchini.
Mix good, stirring with spoon. Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 bread pans.
