Bob Hall'S Southwest Corn And Pepper Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 large red bell peppers, pureed in blender
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
1 small can white corn
1 (14 oz.) can chicken stock
1 pt. half and half cream
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/3 tsp. red pepper
dash of seasoning herbs
dash of basil
dash of orange peel
dash of anything else you think might be good
Preparation

Mix and cook all ingredients, except cream.
Heat over low flame, slowly folding in cream.
Do not boil.
