Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. zucchini squash, peeled, seeded and shredded (if small, leave peel on)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix together the sugar, oil, eggs, zucchini and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves. Add to first mixture.
Add walnuts.
Pour in 2 greased bread tins. Bake at 360\u00b0 for 1 hour.
