Venison Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. venison steak- cut about 1 in. thick
1/2 flour
2 onions sliced
3 ribs of celery diced
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Pinch of garlic powder
1 lg. can tomato juice
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Pound flour into meat and cut into serving size pieces. Brown meat in margarine, put in small roaster, cover with onions, celery, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover all this with tomato juice and bake covered in oven at 350 degrees for about 2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
