Oven-Fried Zucchini Spears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium size zucchini
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. summer savory
2 tsp. corn oil
1/2 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cut zucchini into halves, then crosswise to get finger lengths.
On wax paper, mix all seasonings.
In small bowl, mix oil and water.
Toss zucchini spears in water mixture, then in crumbs.
Arrange on greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 475\u00b0 oven for 7 minutes until brown.
Turn over and bake 3 minutes more.
