Easy Prune Or Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 junior size jars baby food prunes or plums with tapioca
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Measure flour and mix with salt and spices, then add the next 4 ingredients.
Mix together thoroughly with mixer, then fold in nuts.
Pour in well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
Place in oven on rack about 5 inches from bottom of oven.
Start in cold oven; bake about 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
Allow cake to cool 10 minutes in pan.
