Keftathes(Greek Meatballs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 slices bread that has been dipped in water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Combine ingredients; mix
    well.
    Form
    into
    balls
    the size of a golf ball and roll in flour.
    Fry in oil until done.
