Hummus (Garbanzo Bean Dip) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
3 Tbsp. tahini (ground sesame)
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt to taste
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Place drained garbanzos, tahini, lemon juice, crushed garlic and salt in food processor.
Add water and puree, adding more water if necessary to keep mixture from becoming stiff.
Serve with pieces of pita bread.
