Quick Cake Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. margarine, softened
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (21 oz.) pie filling
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix margarine and crumbs.
    Put in bottom of 7 x 11-inch pan. In blender, put in hot water and gelatin.
    Process at low speed until smooth.
    Add cheese one cup at a time.
    Process until smooth.
    Pour in large bowl of mixer.
    Add Cool Whip and mix until smooth (low speed).
    Pour over graham crust.
    Chill until set (about 1 hour).
    Top with filling.
    Ready in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
