Overnight Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. lukewarm milk, scalded, then cooled
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or oleo, softened
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Brush with half the butter; sprinkle with 1/2 the cinnamon, sugar mixture.
    Roll up.
    Cut into 1-inch slices.
    Place in a greased muffin tin.
    Repeat with other half.
    Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
