No-Cook Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. walnut pieces
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Sift sugar and cocoa together in a large bowl.
    Add nuts.
    In large heavy pan, melt cheese.
    Add butter.
    When fully melted, pour into sugar and cocoa mixture.
    Add vanilla and mix well. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    The mixture will be thick (pat into pan).
    Chill, slice and serve.
