Overnight Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lukewarm water
1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1/3 stick oleo, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. potato flakes
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
4 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water. Add oleo, sugar, salt, beaten egg and potato flakes. Add flour. Mix at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. Knead down after it rises high at 9 p.m.
Make in buns. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Let rise until morning. Put plastic bag over buns while rising. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
