New Orleans Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf stale French bread
    1 pt. milk
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    Amaretto or bourbon
    dash of vanilla
Preparation
    Tear up bread and soak in milk until soft.
    Add eggs and sugar and turn lightly with hands.
    Butter a baking dish and add a dash of vanilla and liquor.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
