Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Add the ingredients together and cook in a double boiler until thick.
Meanwhile, burn 1/4 cup sugar in a skillet.
Pour burnt sugar into other mixture and beat.
Pour into pie shell and top with whipped egg whites and brown top in oven.
