Easy Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. milk
    about 2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; add brown sugar.
    Boil over low heat 2 minutes, stirring until mixture boils.
    Remove from heat; cool. Add confectioners sugar gradually, beating after each addition until thick enough to spread.
