Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. sliced fresh peaches (about 6 medium)
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. light cream or half and half
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
Preparation
    Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon.
    Stir in peaches and lemon juice.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
    Beat and stir 1 minute.
    Pour into unbuttered, 2-quart casserole.
    Keep hot in 400\u00b0 oven.
