Orange Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large orange Jell-O
2 jars pimento cheese
2 small cans crushed pineapple
3/4 bag miniature marshmallows
1 large Cool Whip

Preparation

Drain pineapple; pour juice in cup and fill to 2 cups.
Boil and pour over Jell-O.
Refrigerate until almost jelled.
Mix pineapple, cheese and marshmallows together; set aside.
When Jell-O is almost jelled, beat with mixer until fluffy.
Add 1/2 of Cool Whip; mix on low speed.
Add to pineapple mixture by hand. Stir in remaining Cool Whip.
