Chicken Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Knox gelatin
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 box raspberry jello
    1 c. hot water
    8 oz. can pineapple, crushed
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Blend mayonnaise, milk and salt.
    Add chicken, celery, parsley, water and gelatine.
    Spread on bottom of pan and chill. Take jello and add 1 cup hot water, crushed pineapple and 1/2 cup nuts.
    Chill until slightly set.
    Pour jello over chicken mixture and chill.
