Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beets
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. liquid from beets
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook beet juice, sugar, vinegar and cornstarch over low heat until thickened.
    Add beets and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Heat.
