Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (7 oz.) can coconut
    1 tsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 10-inch pie plate.
    Mix sugar and flour together.
    Add beaten eggs and gradually add milk.
    Mix well and add flavoring, coconut and margarine.
    Stir well and pour into pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    No crust needed.
