Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients except yeast.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Cut shortening into flour mixture; then add dissolved yeast and buttermilk.
Mix with spoon until all flour is moistened.
Dough is ready to be refrigerated or make biscuits and bake.
Dough may be frozen until ready to use.
