Microwave Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    dash of Cayenne pepper
Preparation
    In a 1-quart glass dish, place butter, flour and salt. Microwave at High for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk; microwave at High for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring every minute until thick and bubbly.
    Add cheese and cayenne pepper.
    Stir to melt cheese.
    For thicker sauce use 3 tablespoons flour instead of 2 tablespoons.
    Makes 1 cup.
