Toasted Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
3/4 c. brown sugar
drop of vanilla flavoring
2 c. pecan halves
Preparation

Beat egg white.
Add brown sugar, vanilla and pecans.
Coat well.
Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Check while cooking.
